IGBE, EGWU OGBAN is an Assistant Lecturer in urban and regional planning department of federal polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun state, Nigeria. He hails from Egbor community, Erei-North ward in Biase local government area of Cross River state. He holds a bachelor of science degree in geography and environmental science at the prestigious university of Calabar, Calabar. In a bid to diversify and advance his intellectual horizon, he went further to acquire certificated trainings in human resources management and customer relationship management firmly anchored by International Institute of project safety and management (IIPSM), Oba-ile, Akure North Centre. Safety in the field certificate ((UN-BSAFE) issued by United Nations department of safety and security (UNDSS).
